*Group Rate: The Liberty Hotel is a boutique hotel and has a variety of rooms/sizes/rates offered. 1 Queen bed ($85.00+tax), 2-Queen bed ($109.00+tax or $129.00+tax), or King bed ($95.00+ tax, $119.00+tax or $129.00+tax). This rate is valid a few days before and after the event- BUT only if made through the Hotel and by the deadline.
PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS
Registered hotel guests: Complimentary breakfast, 4’ refrigerator/freezer in every room, outdoor swimming pool (9 am - 9 pm), Wi-Fi, Fitness Center, and free self-parking. All hotel spaces are non-smoking (vaping included).
Friday, October 23rd, 2026
4:00 pm - 10:00 pm— Hospitality Room. Please bring a food item to share for the Hospitality Room (individually packaged snacks, finger foods, fruits/veggies, etc.). If you bring perishable items, you must take them to your room at the end of the day, as they may be discarded. Please also help keep the space clean, especially at the end of each day.
3:00 pm— Hotel Check-in (Check into your hotel room)
4:00 pm - 6:00 pm— Registration will be in the Hospitality Rm - more times will be posted during the reunion.
Saturday, October 24th, 2026 (pre-registration and pmt required for dinner wristband(s)- Deadline 10/10/26) oh God
7:00 am - 9:00 am— Complimentary Breakfast (hotel guest)
9:00 am - 4:30 pm— Hospitality Room. Open all day (Closed during Saturday evening activities)
5:00 pm— Registration/Dinner Check-in. Johnson County Sheriff's Posse: 1315 S. Main Street, Cleburne TX
5:30 pm - 6:00 pm— Official Business Meeting. Short business meeting (Per New Bylaws adopted 2025).
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm— Dinner/Silent Auction/Raffle, Entertainment and Dancing. PARTY is included with dinner (dinner- $25.00/ Pre-registration and pmt required for accurate dinner count)
7:00 pm - 8:00 pm— Party Check-in (Party & Auction! 7:00 pm-11:00 pm)
9:30 pm— Auction Checkout- Checkout (Raffle closing times vary throughout the evening. Auction closes at 9:00 pm —volunteers will be asked to retrieve paid auction items).
10:00 pm— Event Space Clean-up- Please help clean up and remove all items from our event.
Sunday, October 25th, 2026
7:00 am - 9:00 am— Complimentary Breakfast (hotel guest). Please help clean up & out our hospitality space.
12:00 pm— Hotel Check-out
(Noon) Executive Board Meeting (or other agreed-upon time)

Please get in touch with Reunion Committee chair Rebecca Groom at 214.934.5808 if you would like to help or have any questions.
The Hospitality Committee: Assist with running the Hospitality Room and arranging food set-up, beverages, and paper supplies.
Auction Committee: Helps with gathering auction items at the reunion, arranging items before the reunion, assisting with bid sheets, raffle ticket sales at the reunion dinner, and assisting with/ auction check-out (works with the Treasurer/registration committee).
Donate to the reunion or general fund to help cover overall association costs.
