*Group Rate: 2-Queen bed ($125.00+21.25 tax = $146.25) or Standard King bed ($131.00+22.27 tax = $153.27). The rate is honored on Thursday, the 20th, and Sunday, the 21st. This rate is valid for days during the event- BUT only if made through the Hotel by the deadline. (Room Rate valid Thursday, May 24, 2024)

Registered hotel guests: Complimentary breakfast, indoor swimming pool (9am-9pm), Wi-Fi, Fitness Center, public computers, free self-parking.
Friday, June 21st, 2024 (Hotel Check-in Time is 3:00pm)
1:00pm to 10:00pm— Hospitality Room. Please bring food to share- i.e., packages of individually pre-packaged sized snacks, finger foods, fruits/veggies, etc., to share for the Hospitality Room. If you bring food(s) that require refrigeration overnight, please note there is no refrigerator, which might result in it getting tossed at the end of the day. So, please keep that in mind when making your selection.
3:00pm— Hotel Check-in (Important — NO ALCOHOL is permitted in the hospitality room or public areas)
3:00pm to 6:00pm – Registration will be in the Hospitality Rm - more firm times will be posted on during the reunion.
10:00am — Hospitality Room / Meeting Space Clean-up. Please help tidy up our space for the next day.
Saturday, June 22nd, 2024
6:30am-9:30am— Complimentary Breakfast (hotel guest)
11:00am-1:00pm— Complimentary Lunch- OSO Naval Lodge: 312 Reid Dr. Corpus Christi, TX 78404
3:30pm — Hospitality Room / Meeting Space Clean-up. Please help clean up & out our space.
6:00pm- 6:25pm— Dinner Check-in Al Amin Shrine Center: 2001 Suntide Rd, Corpus Christi, TX 78409
6:00pm-11:00pm— Dinner/Silent Auction/Raffle, Entertainment and Dancing (pre-registration and pmt required for dinner)
7:30pm-8:00pm— Party Check-in (Party & Auction! 8:00pm-11:00pm)

12:00pm— Hotel Check-out (late check-out is available if prearranged with the front desk)

The Registration Committee: Assist with raffle ticket sales at reunion dinner and assist with/ auction check-out.
The Hospitality Committee: Assist with running the Hospitality Room and arranging food set-up, beverages, and paper supplies.
Auction Committee: Helps with gathering auction items at the reunion, arranging items before the reunion, assisting with bid sheets, raffle ticket sales at reunion dinner, and assisting with/ auction check-out (works with the Treasurer/registration committee).
Donate to the reunion or general fund to help cover overall association costs.
